Director of Construction

As part of the development team, you are the building expert in the room, converting concept and design into the built environment. Working alongside some of Austin’s signature architects, design firms and builders, you will lead construction as their representative.

Responsibilities Include

• Demonstrated progressive growth in leadership and project management roles, including planning and management skills
• Simultaneously manage multiple projects, urban and suburban, from concept through move-in
• Influencer, negotiator, communicator, strategic thinker who continues to be these things regardless of the situation
• Degreed, preferably in architecture, building construction or civil engineering
• Passion for supporting clients through Planning, Design, and Construction Management
