We are seeking an Information Technology - Experienced Support individual to join our team based in Golden Valley, Minnesota. You will provide in-person technical troubleshooting support to our employees, conduct assessments, research, and resolutions of incidents and service requests, and handle escalations from external service providers. This role also involves updating SOPs and other service documentation with current practices and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional in-person technical troubleshooting support service to employees at all levels of the organization
Conduct assessment research and resolution of incidents and service requests
Monitor and handle escalations from external service provider
Update SOPs and other service documentation with current practices and procedures
Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operations
Maintain accurate knowledge of Microsoft OS: Windows 10 Microsoft Office Suite VPN network hardware peripherals cyber security
Provide end-user technology support and troubleshoot various issues
Maintain accurate customer credit records
Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently
Regularly monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

Requirements

Proven experience in IT Support, with a strong emphasis on customer service.

Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suites.

Familiarity with Windows OS and Computer Hardware.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.

Experience with peripheral equipment support.

Knowledge of VPN technologies and Service Desk operations.

Ability to manage service requests effectively.

Strong phone presence for assisting customers remotely.

Experience with Process Improvement Initiatives in an IT setting.

Understanding of Cyber Security practices and protocols.

Demonstrated ability to document operations and procedures.

Proficiency in conducting research to improve IT practices.

Prior experience in workstation support.

Ability to adhere to standard operation procedures.

Strong commitment to enhancing customer experience.
