We are offering an opportunity for a Leadership and Development Specialist in Allentown, Pennsylvania. This role involves providing consultative services and support, primarily focusing on planning, supporting, and assessing programs and structures that enable people at work to learn, change, and achieve their goals. The role also includes some travel.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with assessments through various methods including surveys, interviews, focus groups, observations, and data collection/analysis, and provide advice on appropriate interventions and learning solutions.
  • Support the preparation and execution of logistics related to events, meeting facilitation, and customized projects.
  • Play a part in organizational culture change efforts, including communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Aid in measuring the impact of programs and interventions on organizational and employee performance.
  • Conduct research and stay updated on best practices, trends, and tools related to the role.
  • Undertake other duties as identified and assigned, adapting to changing organizational needs.
  • Use your skills in communication, documentation, planning, research, and supervising to effectively carry out your responsibilities.
  • Leverage your proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software for efficient task completion.
  • Utilize your knowledge of leadership skills, logistics, best practices, data collection, facilitation, interventions, and organizational effectiveness in executing your role.
  • Collaborate with different teams and leaders to facilitate change and enhance organizational performance.
