IT Lead Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Lead Analyst in Irvine, CA.

Summary:
The IT Lead Analyst acts as a liaison among data management, EDI, and server/ecosystem teams, facilitating communication and coordinating to streamline operations.

Key Tasks:
* IT Lead Analyst will track and prioritize customer requests, support timelines, and manage workloads
* Manage and prioritize backlog and ensure necessary resources are allocated
* Serve as a project management and operational support resource for the Order Management team
* Liaise between data management, EDI, and technical teams
* Supports Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensures effective communication among teams to enhance operational efficiency
* As an IT Lead Analyst, you will monitor Project Progress: Tracks the status of projects, ensuring timelines are met and resources are allocated effectively
* Handles Documentation and Reporting: Maintains comprehensive documentation and generates reports for visibility into team performance and operational metrics
* Assists in Process Improvement: Identifies operational enhancements and implements best practices across the organization
* Will act as a right-hand to the OM Manager

REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong PM skills
* Understanding of EDI/order management processes preferred
* Experience in fast-paced technical environments
* Experience in supply chain/eCommerce/retail domain
* Project Management Processes: Ability to manage multiple projects, track progress, and keep stakeholders informed
* PowerPoint Presentation Skills: Develops professional presentations for project timelines and updates
* Effective Communication: Comfortable presenting project statuses to diverse stakeholders
* Task Management: Ensures deadlines are met by monitoring progress and providing assistance

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
