  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Location: Remote is OK, Client1 PM needs to be able to work in US timezones. For client2 : PM in US timezone and one PM in EU timezone.

Length of Contract: ~ 15 months, starting in Oct 2024 and continuing through end of 2025

Description:

Top 3-5 Must Have Non-negotiable Skills
1. Strong PM skills, including the ability to coordinate tasks/deliverables across multiple workstreams.
2. Excellent communication skills to transfer business requirements into data outputs.
3. Ability to work effectively across multinational and multicultural environments.
4. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders in order to meet deadlines.
5. Experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Power BI.

Nice to Have Skills
1. Ability to understand Regulatory Affairs requirements / landscape.
2. Ability to summarize data into reports/presentations for senior level stakeholders.
3. Experience in managing complex matrixed business environments.


Overall scope of this project: separation of one division of client, conveyed to another company. We have been working with a consulting company on the project plans for last 2 years. The date for separation is targeted for end of 2024. We are exiting our consulting company and are looking for PM support (for both sides of the sale) to complete the project plan and deliverables that have already been put into play. We are not starting at ground zero. We are anxious to quickly source PMs to transfer knowledge from consulting company (prior to their exit).
