Overview: We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to collaborate closely with the Solution Manager in delivering a series of mission-critical projects for our Legal and Global Security business partners. The ideal candidate will work with various delivery teams to ensure project deliverables align with the agreed-upon schedule and meet project stakeholder expectations. A proven track record of managing large-scale project management engagements and collaborating with other Program Managers is essential.

  • Project Status Report
  • Issue Log
  • Value Tracker
  • Aggregate detailed plans from multiple work streams into a single comprehensive project view.
  • Handle ambiguity effectively and drive consensus with work stream leads.
  • Use internal tools for project reporting and communication (e.g., Chorus, Quip, Keynote, Wrike, Miro).
  • Structure projects using Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid methodologies based on the specific needs of the portfolio.
  • Act as the first point of issue escalation for project delivery teams.
  • Document project work and status in Wrike, including risks, issues, decisions, changes, schedules, and tasks.
  • Collaborate with the Solution Manager on change management activities (e.g., communications creation and delivery).
  • Coordinate deliverable development with the Business Analyst, Technical Project Manager, and assigned Business Stakeholders.
  • Use verification techniques to manage changes in scope and schedule.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to sponsors and leadership effectively.
  • Develop executive-level project summaries using internal tools.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing large-scale and complex programs.
  • Strong familiarity with internal tools (Chorus, Quip, Keynote, Wrike) is mandatory.
  • Proven ability to take initiative in an ambiguous environment.
  • At least 10 years of project management experience, with a minimum of 3 years leading large-scale projects.
  • Experience in Legal operations is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence outcomes and present innovative opportunities.
  • Comfortable communicating project status, issues, and risks to sponsors and leadership.
  • Capable of contributing to strategic planning initiatives with leadership.
