Elite Technical is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to support our client, a hospital system, in Eaton Rapids MI. This position is a temporary assignment role and is onsite (5x per week).
The selected candidate will be responsible for all Tier I/II desktop/printer/scanner support, peripheral devices and related OS and application software. Will also be responsible for security/access administration including but not limited to Active Directory, email, shared files, and external software. Perform add/move/changes of workstations and associated peripheral devices. Holds primary responsibility for IS customer service call management as well as development, management, and timely updates of the service desk software. Author and update documentation for medical center software. Performs special projects as requested.
-Minimum of 2 years of related expertise, along with either a degree or representative IT certifications
- Windows desktop operating systems as well as MS Office software products. Office 365 and/or AMICAS PACS is a plus
-Basic printer support knowledge
-Basic Active Directory knowledge
-Able to image a work station
-Basic networking skills (WiFi, Tier I/II R&S support, LAN/WAN, etc..)
-Must be willing / able to provide technical support via phone. Must have solid communication skills.
-Experience with Meditech EHR or prior hospital work experience would be a BIG PLUS
