  • Flexibility to visit the Tracy, CA office for meetings, demos, or when needed.

About you

  • Experience in machinery sales or selling to the food processing industry is a definite advantage but not required for junior candidates.
  • Confident networker, able to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.
  • Comfortable with travel (up to 50% of the year), mainly within the Western USA.
  • Eager to work in a fast-paced scale-up environment and take initiative.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Strong technical aptitude and commercial mindset.
  • Proficient in planning, negotiation, and using Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license required.

Our perfect match…

  • Enjoys teamwork and collaborating with colleagues across different functions (Service, R&D, Applications).
  • Will perform product demonstrations in our Tracy, CA lab or onsite with our mobile demo center.
  • Is curious and eager to learn new technologies and market trends.
  • Comfortable working remotely with the right tools: video conferencing, stable internet, and good audio/video setup.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary with benefits including 401(k), health insurance, laptop, mobile phone, and more.
  • Flexible telework options – we focus on results, not location.
  • A modern approach to work, leveraging DevOps principles without unnecessary overhead.
  • Opportunities for continuous learning and professional development.
  • A fun, international working environment with minimal red tape.
