Role And Responsibilities
- Data entry
- Review and Analyze payments for processing
- Convert and work on Excel spreadsheets
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detailed-oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Effective listening and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel
- Ability to analyze and interpret data
- Three (3) years of client service and operational experience
- Proofreading
- Basic banking knowledge
- Adobe
