This unique position is suited for an individual who is an IT Systems Administrator looking for growth, who can also excel at executing, delivering, and performing work necessary to build, acquire, document, test, implement, integrate, maintain, or modify IT systems and services. The incumbent will be recognized as a subject matter expert (SME) for WAEPA; and play a key role in communicating, shaping, and developing IT Service Policy.

Office 365, SharePoint, Group Management, Tenant & Subscription Services, and Documents
Azure Administration; Cloud
Server, Networks, Firewalls, and NAS
Security and Badge Readers
Jira IT Desk ticketing systems
Network Infrastructure; Wi-Fi, Wired, and Routers/Switches
IT Solutions Development
Design end-to-end solutions and oversee their implementation to ensure alignment
Develop documentation, including system and architecture diagrams, and data models
Strategy Development
Project Management
IT Help Desk Support
IT Security and ongoing Training Awareness
Maintaining ongoing 3rd Party relationships with Supplemental Vendors

To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelors degree in a field like Computer Science, Information Technology, or another related field. Individuals with strong interpersonal and communication skills, project management abilities, and a knack for critical thinking and problem-solving will thrive in this role. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of increasing experience in direct IT Administration/management and Help Desk Operations.
