Role: Cloud Order Management Solution & Delivery Lead

Location: Scottsdale, AZ - Onsite

Experience Required: 8 years (Minimum 3 years of cloud experience)

Duration: Long Term

Skills:

• Resource Management: Minimum of 3 years experience in resource management.
• ERP Systems: Proficient in Supply Chain, Order Processing, and Management.
• Oracle EBS: Expertise in Order Management, Shipping, Customer, Inventory, Pricing, Configurations, and Workflows.
• Oracle Fusion Cloud: Basic knowledge of FBDI Templates, REST API calls, Configuring Roles and Responsibilities, and Admin activities.
• Cloud Expertise: Proficient in Cloud Inventory Management, Order Management, Order Fulfillment, and Shipping.
• Service Programs: Expertise in Service Programs that interact with EDI, Forecast, and Inventory systems.
• EDI & Inventory: Basic understanding of EDI and inventory service programs (consignment).
• Microsoft 365: Proficient in Microsoft tools.
• Agile Tools: Experience with Scrum Process, JIRA, and Test Rail.
• SQL: Basic knowledge.
• Process Improvement: Skilled in order controls, process improvements, and automation.
• Soft Skills: Strong customer service, analytical skills, communication, training, business process understanding, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Training: Develop and deliver user training materials.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance controls and segregation of duties.
• Testing: Create and execute test cases and manage test cycles to support enhancements.
• Documentation: Prepare functional requirement documents.
• Solution & Delivery Lead: Designing effective solutions and ensuring seamless delivery through efficient team coordination and stakeholder communication.
