The People Analytics, Insights, and Research (PAIR) team supports three of Amazon’s most exciting businesses: Devices & Services (the innovator behind Alexa, Kindle, and Echo) and Artificial General Intelligence (the team behind Generative AI work at Amazon). As program manager in the PAIR team you will work with a cross-functional team of talented software engineers, data engineers, researchers, business intelligence engineers and analysts to create and track initiatives which will greatly impact the experience and efficiency of thousands of users in the PXT team and in the businesses we support.
About The Team
The PAIR team is a multi-functional team which leverages diverse skills of engineers, analysts and researchers in order to curate an optimal set of tools and innovative products for our customers in PXT and in the D&S and AGI businesses.
Basic Qualifications
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. - Building processes to manage the intake, triage, and prioritization of requests from a wide group of customers and stakeholders.
- Create mechanisms to track adoption, usage & satisfaction for product launches.
- Identify and drive alignment on KPI & metrics definitions across all PAIR products
- Proactively identify opportunities for new reporting to generate insights and create consistency in reporting.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus PAIR roadmap in partnership with the HR Insights and Analytics Manager.
- Partner with the Sr. Product Manager to define requirements for PAIR products.
- Insist on the highest standards - raising the bar for reporting and analytics across Amazon.

- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
