POSITION OVERVIEW:
This position is for an Acquisition Program Management Support Analyst (Senior) with a focus on Manufacturing and/or Production experience/expertise. The position will support tasks that touch every aspect of the acquisition process, including technology development and integrating engineering, program control, foreign disclosure, test and deployment, configuration management, production and manufacturing, quality assurance, and logistics support. Candidate must have a working knowledge of DoD acquisition processes and the analytical methods or techniques necessary to gather, analyze and evaluate information required by program or project managers and all customers. The candidate selected to fill this position must be adept at system integration, communication, coordination, organizational and planning both technical and acquisition efforts across a broad spectrum of functional disciplines to effectively assist customer programs to develop, deliver, and sustain Air Force warfighting capabilities. Additionally, the candidate must be able to operate independently and be adept at drawing conclusions and devising solutions to problems related to acquisition effectiveness and compliance. The position requires the successful candidate be able to develop, draft, and manage acquisition documentation while also ensuring quality control is maintained.

Responsibilities:
Support the government program/project manager(s) (PMs) in initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling and closing organizational projects directly related to production and manufacturing using unique and state of the art technologies.
Develop acquisition documents supporting programmatic decisions
Identify risks, issues, and recommend solutions to government PM in support of project execution efforts
Develop and implement solutions to programmatic challenges as directed and/or on behalf of government PMs
Organize and facilitate technical interchanges, planning, and program management reviews
Develop agendas, briefing materials, and attendance rosters
Prepare and present briefings
Develop, facilitate, and present solutions
Prepare meeting minutes/notes/results and follow-up on resultant action items, decisions, and directives.
Shall apply knowledge and expertise in collaborating with Air Force and DoD program offices, working groups, or integrated product, process or self-directed teams.
Consult on subject matter, lead assist in strategic planning events, cope with controversial subject matter and differences of opinion from the attendees and be able to channel the discussion into constructive exchanges and plans that lead to satisfactory solutions.
Plan, schedule, coordinate, setup, and conduct facilitation activities with host organization personnel and attending organizations personnel.
Establish site location, setup of audio-visual equipment devices and computer equipment.
Develop and distribute meeting agendas, attendee lists, minutes, and resulting action items
Apply experience in public speaking and hosting/briefing large gatherings of personnel
Apply experience in presenting to high-ranking and/or important personnel
Shall support and assist in the development and acquisition of systems and sub-systems activities and provide acquisition program analysis support to effectively assist customer programs to deliver and sustain Air Force warfighting capabilities
Qualifications:
Experience managing production and manufacturing programs-experience with Additive Manufacturing is highly desired
Possess a MA/MS/ME degree. (Experience may be considered lieu of education.)
Minimum of fithteen (15+) years of relevant Department of Defense (DoD) work experience. 20+ years preferred
Possess an active Secret security clearance, based upon a Single Scope Background (SSBI or SBPR).
