The Pharmacy Business Analyst/340b Compliance Specialist Will
- Assist all FirstHealth covered entities with 340b utilization and compliance-related issues.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, ensuring the 340B program records are complete, accurate, and auditable.
- Be responsible for the compliance in medication procurement, billing, and inventory management to ensure standards are being met and cost savings returns are being realized.
- Assist Pharmacy leadership in maintaining the integrity of the Pharmacy 340B program to ensure compliance with the 340B program requirements, including qualifications and processes.
- Regular self-audits and other compliance related initiatives.
- Review system logic and configuration settings for third party administrator systems to ensure compliance of claims qualification.
- Demonstrate understanding of and ability to articulate 340B Program requirements and best practices.
- Ability to critically think across various systems, departments, and processes to properly troubleshoot an issue and see it through to resolution.
- Maintains and always protects the right to privacy of all patients and hospital employees as evidenced by the securing of confidential records and release of information to authorized persons only.
- Completes assigned work and other tasks assigned within scheduled time.
Required
