LHH is partnering with a client in Greensboro that is searching for a Logistics Coordinator to join their current team. This role will be M-F 8-5 and will offer hybrid capabilities after training. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity paying $20-21/hr.

Responsbilities:

  • Review incoming container and air shipments

  • Ensure necessary documentation is available and accurate for shipments to be released for delivery

  • Schedule deliveries at DC s/warehouses throughout the U.S.

  • Track shipments through Excel and SAP

  • Act as liaison between the customer and DC regarding any shipment delays or issues

Qualifications:

  • Must have prior logistics experience, import/export knowledge a plus

  • SAP/ERP strongly preferred

  • Experience using Excel Pivot Tables/Vlookups a plus

  • Must have strong attention to detail, be able to learn quickly, and ask questions as needed
