Join Our Team as a Collections Specialist!
LHH Recruitment Solutions is excited to partner with a client on the east side of Indianapolis, IN, to find a talented Collections Specialist with 2+ years of experience. This role offers a casual work environment and a flexible schedule. It s a contract-to-hire position with a competitive salary range of $45,000/year $55,000/year.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with clients regarding past-due payments
- Create and update aging reports
- Determine the creditworthiness of clients
- Set up repayment plans
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- 2+ years of experience in a collections role
Employment Type: Contract to Hire, Onsite, Full-Time
Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
