LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently working with a company looking for HR Coordinator in the Dallas TX area. If you have the qualifications listed below and are interested in this opportunity- apply with us today!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality customer service to employees with questions over the phone, via email, or other points of contact responses to employees.

  • Identify and assess employees' needs and provide a solution to best meet the needs of the employee

  • Ensure employee data in HRIS is accurate and current; submit documentation for adjustments.

  • Create offer letters and other correspondence.

  • Assist with employee training and special event setup.

  • Coordinate and update pre-employment status including badge access, drug testing, and orientation.

  • Accurately and timely logs all cases received via phone or e-mail into the case management system and close once resolved.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year of experience in a relevant human resources position

  • General knowledge of employment law and interviewing principles

  • Strong ability to work with a team and build relationships throughout the organization

  • Strong communications skills

  • Pay: $20-22.50/hr.
