Salary: $130,000 - $145,000 per year

Flex Time/Flexible Hours - no set work hours and the ability to work from home with approval.
6 weeks PTO
Comp time - hours worked in excess of 80 biweekly can be utilized as additional PTO or cashed out quarterly.
