Duties & Responsibilities

As a Commercial Insurance Account Manager, you will:

  • Work closely with producers and marketers to manage monitor insurance programs, strategize about renewals, monitor claims statuses, and handle escalated customer service issues
  • Liaise with external partners like underwriters and brokers as well as the client to discuss policy and coverage specifications, renewal timelines, and more

Skills & Experience

  • At least three (3) years of property and casualty insurance experience
  • Active state insurance license
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint
  • All-lines coverage knowledge for small and mid-sized business accounts

Job Specs

Location: Based in Oregon, the agency requires a hybrid schedule for applicants living with in 50-miles of Portland. 100% remote will be considered for applicants outside of Portland but within Oregon, Idaho, Washington, and Arizona.
