We work with ( H1b transfers and any EAD) --on our W2 only
currently implementing Oracle as its Financial System moving forward. The go-live for this system started at the beginning of September. They utilized a 3rd party, for this implementation. As they near the completion of the implementation, they will also be partnering with, to oversee the run portion of this project. They will be responsible for the Oracle Fusion Financial applications for the next year plus.
This person will be responsible for manager the 3rd party vendor to make sure they are meeting business expectations. This person will interact heavily with them, finance leaders, and IT Leaders in this role. This will be focused on Incident Management, Change Management, and working through a backlog process. They also use ServiceNow and Excel to manage the ITSM and backlog.
The two responsibilities for this individual will be 1 Managing the 3rd party vendor and 2 managing the backlog of change. This person must have an "influencer" personality.
This role will be hybrid onsite in Columbus, OH. It will be onsite for 3 days a week. It will start off as a 6 month contract with a chance of extension or conversion.

Experiences Required:
- Experience: 10 Years+ IT Service / Application Management Services and Development experience with recent experience in a large international organisation
- Strategic: Demonstrable experience of delivering Global IT Service Strategies and management of a third party contract
- Financial: Excellent financial management skills with experience of managing budgets of 5m+
- Experience in Financial systems, ideally Oracle Fusion
- Experience of IT Transformation particularly being in an interim state moving toward end state design
- Experience of corporate IT Application systems including cloud and SaaS services that underpin these
- Familiarity with development and operational frameworks
- High level of experience in delivery of IT Service Strategy
- Leadership experience of managing cross functional teams and suppliers in a fast paced, virtual, international and demanding work environment.
- A track record in directing and managing change and continuous improvement.
- Excellent analytical skills including an ability to anticipate and highlight potential issues and opportunities.
- Ability to engage, build relationships with and influence senior leadership and key business stakeholders.
- Possesses exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage different audiences at all levels.
- Must be able to manage multiple/conflicting priorities, appropriately prioritising and allocating resource, with a strong track record of delivery.
- Excellent level of understanding around performance management concepts, benchmarking and metrics.
- Clear understanding of IT General Controls and how these apply across the IT landscape and the processes in use to support the back office applications
