- Campaign & Event Planning: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals
- Event Management: Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination, venue selection, and on-site execution
- Marketing Materials: Create and oversee marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency across all channels
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Content Development: Support the development of promotional content for social media, email, and other marketing channels
- Client Engagement: Engage with clients, partners, and stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing and events team as needed
- Event Coordination: Coordinate and manage the logistics of events, from planning to execution
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and campaigns
- Content Creation: Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content
- Campaign Analysis: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and event outcomes
- Budget & Timeline Management: Assist in the management of budgets, timelines, and project plans
- Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure successful event execution
- Industry Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- Experience: Proven experience in marketing, event planning, or a related role
- Organization: Strong organizational and project management skills
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including CRM systems and social media platforms
