We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to work in a hybrid environment in our Lanham, MD location.
Job Summary:
The Program Manager to oversee the integration and execution of various program and project activities related to the Integrated IMF Modernization (IMF Mod) Portfolio. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in program and project integration, process improvement, and ensuring adherence to established standards. This role requires a deep understanding of the impacts of the IMF Modernization system and its components, alongside the ability to gather, analyze, and present data effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage program and project integration efforts to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Support various program and project activities through technical analyses and reviews.
- Facilitate process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with best practices and standards.
- Analyze and understand the impacts of the Integrated IMF Modernization system, its components, and associated projects.
- Gather and compile relevant data into presentations and other artifacts for stakeholder review.
- Provide program integration support, including interfacing with and supporting Delivery Partners.
- Coordinate the deployment of newly developed capabilities across the organization.
- Monitor project performance and ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of supervisory or managerial experience in leading federal contracts, with at least 5 years specifically related to federal systems modernization.
- Proven experience leading programs of similar scope, size, and complexity as the IMF Mod Portfolio Program.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification is required.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with federal contracting processes and compliance requirements.
Physical and Mental Qualifications:
- Be able to maintain awareness during scheduled working hours.
- Prolonged periods sitting or standing at desk and working on a computer (mouse and keyboard)
- Able to lift up to 15 pounds.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; good command of the English language
- Execute tasks independently and work as a team.
- Learns and memories routine tasks.
- Strong organizational, grammar, business correspondence, and self-management skills
