This role will be responsible for developing and reinforcing the culture we want to create through onboarding, communications, programs and grassroot efforts. In addition, the role will play a critical role in developing and launching our new skill academies.
What you'll do:
- Developing and executing our internal communication strategy
- Executing our engagement survey and evaluating engagement trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Leading the development and facilitation of our new skill academies which includes partnering with vendors to curate the content, identifying opportunities to apply the learning and implementing the program
- Partnering with business teams and HR Business Partners to identify learning gaps across departments and build strategies to close gaps
- Leading Definitive Healthcare's cultural ambassador group which is a team of individuals that meet quarterly to provide insight into the company culture
- Coordinating and leading our bi-weekly onboarding experience and continues to find ways to improve the experience
- Supporting the Definitive Healthcare affinity groups by providing the necessary support and structure needed to drive participation and engagement
- Curating content and facilitating our bi-monthly Learning Wednesdays
What you'll need:
- 5+ Years of experience in learning and development and/or employee experience
- Strong communication skills
- Experience facilitating training
- Strong project management skills
- Effective at building relationships
- Experience working with vendors
- Experience participating or running an ERG/Affinity Group
