Cryptologic Continuing Education Program Coordinator
Position Summary
We seek a Cryptologic Continuing Education Program Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role in Fort Meade, Maryland, requiring U.S. Citizenship and a TS/SCI clearance with a Full-Scope Polygraph. The primary responsibility of the program coordinator will be to provide support services to the cryptologic continuing education program at Goodfellow Air Force Base in San Angelo, Texas, and Cory Station in Pensacola, Florida. Qualifications include a Bachelor s Degree in education, language, or business or 12 years of relevant, directly applicable experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain the databases and restructures if needed, including confirming the validity of the data contained in the file database.
- Assist in the creation of structures and standards for the use and maintenance of the databases, including enabling information to be pulled through various methods; communication links users, users, availability to user-friendly options, etc.
- Ensure database access and connectivity support by collaborating with end users.
- Assist in the implementation of database maintenance and security procedures including adding and removing users and administering quotas.
- Assist in defining database design and management standards and documenting new and existing systems and procedures.
- Assist in creating and maintaining databases used to support acquisition oversight functions.
- Collaborates with users to ensure that the Database meets their requirements.
- Communicate to all users and updates to file database
- Assist in the implementation of operating methods to improve processing, distribution, data flow, collection and database editing procedures.
- Troubleshoot problems concerning database records and communicate this information to users.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current TS/SCI + Full Scope Polygraph: In-scope counterintelligence polygraphs will be accepted, while personnel possessing a current CI polygraph will be considered for a contract position that requires a full-scope polygraph if they possess a Conditional Certification of Access (CCA) pending the successful completion and adjudication of a full-scope polygraph.
- B.A./B.S. in Education, Language, Language-related, Business, or Management;
- Eight (8) years experience as a DoD cryptologic analyst or operator in at least one of the five specified cryptologic disciplines;
- Four (4) years experience assigned to SIGINT Operations and performing as a cryptologic analyst or operator in at least one of the five specified cryptologic disciplines;
- Two (2) years work experience in managing, coordinating and delivering cryptologic training opportunities in accordance with DoD policies and procedures; and
- Four (4) years experience drafting and following standard operating procedures and checklists, and communicating with colleagues and customers via written correspondence.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
- In lieu of the Bachelor s Degree an additional four (4) years of directly related, applied, practical work experience for a total of twelve (12) years experience may be substituted
