We are looking for a Site Lead to support the Assault Breaker II (ABII) program in Honolulu, Hawaii. ABII is at the forefront of advanced kill web analysis, aiming to develop and integrate data, tools, and techniques to expedite the delivery of emerging technologies and critical warfighting capabilities.

As the Site Co-Lead, your role will be crucial in fostering teamwork and cultivating a collaborative culture, while working closely with government leadership to enable contractor activities supporting ABII. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • MAIN RESPONSIBILITY: Serves as the site lead in directing and performing specialized scientific and technical data processing techniques utilizing non-standard and developmental software suites, including Special Access Programs (SAP) and Controlled Access Programs (CAP) level programs in order to support target development.
  • Acts as the primary liaison between the contractor team and ABII government leadership, ensuring effective communication and coordination. Overseeing day-to-day operations including technical progress, program performance, schedule, cost, and resources and coordinate and manage contractor support activities.
  • Provide input on refinement and tailoring of ABII program requirements, collaborating with appropriate organizations to offer recommendations on refining and tailoring requirements, collection strategies, and intelligence integration. Prepare and submit requirements and collection plans using specified theater and national requirements management systems and practices as directed.
  • Maintain familiarity with relevant security classification guides, applicable security policy, and Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) to ensure compliance.
  • Stay informed on geo-political events, topics, and current events related to the INDOPACOM AOR to provide informed insights to customer intelligence requirements.

RequirementsNecessary Skills and Experience
  • 15+ years of experience in a military, civilian, and/or SETA role in a warfare specialty focused on supporting and advancing military capabilities, strategies, and technologies.
  • Progressive experience in planning, developing, and executing technical projects of a research and development (R&D) nature.
  • Demonstrated ability to address unique or controversial problems with significant impact on major DoD programs.
  • Proficiency in conceiving, planning, and conducting research studies that integrate operational expertise with novel technology approaches and sophisticated research techniques to assess military effectiveness and engineering viability.
  • Demonstrated experience in utilizing advanced techniques, theories, and practices in technology programs, preferably those transitioning to operational use.
  • Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.
  • Active TOP SECRET clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI). Subject to Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
Beneficial Skills and Experience
  • USAF Weapons School graduate is highly desired.
  • 7+ years of experience demonstrating extensive knowledge of technology program transition efforts is highly desired.
  • Regional expertise of the political, economic, cultural, and security dynamics within the INDOPACOM AOR is highly desired.
  • Service Advanced Studies Group (ASG) graduate is highly desired.
  • Experience with weaponeering/weapons target pairing supporting F2T2EA is highly desired.
  • Familiarity with ABII and Joint Fires Network (JFN) program objectives is desired.
  • SETA contract program management experience is preferred.
  • Completion of an intermediate-level DoD Professional Military Education (PME) program or equivalent professional development program is preferred.
