Essential Functions

  • Drive Strategic Mindset into Creative Ideation & Fulfillment
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, strategy, and business teams to understand objectives, target markets, and key messages
  • Development of Iconic and Memorable Ideas
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design, e-commerce, and performance marketing to drive continuous improvement and innovation
  • Build a World-Class, In-House Creative Organization and develop talent on the team
  • Champion an omni-channel mindset in creative development, ensuring ideas are adaptable and effective across various channels and platforms
  • Brand campaign development and implementation aligning with business objectives and market positioning
  • Ensure consistency and excellence in creative output across all touchpoints and channels
  • Competitive differentiation through programs and brand identity
  • Be a champion for design thinking across marketing to ensure efficiency and collaboration while educating the broader marketing team through creative briefs, visual storytelling & etc.

Oversight Creative Design and Development

  • Collaborate with digital, social media, and content teams to optimize creative assets for maximum impact and reach
  • Drive the creation of campaigns, content, and initiatives that captivate, engage, and resonate with diverse global audiences.
  • Provide creative direction and mentorship to a team of creatives, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Lead the creative vision and strategy for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Oversee the development and execution of UX/UI design concepts that enhance user engagement and drive conversions across digital platforms
  • Oversee the seamless integration of creative concepts across traditional and digital channels to drive brand awareness and engagement
  • Ensure a high level of design execution is met across a wide variety of B2B and B2C marketing assets
  • Collaborate across the organization and manage the team to ensure Creative Services is oriented to helping advance the business in meaningful ways
  • Oversight in development of brand positioning, messaging and visual evolution, refresh
  • Ownership of tracking and metrics for all activities- reports to senior management
  • Researches, formulates, and shares best practices and standards for UX research and development of user experiences

Other Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in related field preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant in-house/agency experience with marketing, brand, and interactive design
  • Expertise in UX/UI design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and e-commerce best practices.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visual solutions
  • Experience leading and mentoring a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability
  • Ability to blend creativity with strategic thinking and translating business objectives into compelling solutions
  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to build, motivate and lead high-performing creative teams
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to think analytically
  • A sound understanding of digital marketing practices, tactics, and strategies
  • Passion for innovation, staying ahead of best practices in creative marketing, emerging technologies, and industry trends
  • Proven track record of developing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive results
  • Expert level skill in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Experience Figma, and Microsoft PowerPoint is preferred
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present creative concepts to leadership
