Swoon is currently looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator for a major company in the US

  • Location: Remote
  • Duration: 4 Months
  • Pay Rate: $14.66/h

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update logistics data for assigned vendors in a timely manner.
  • Identify and troubleshoot vendor or local delivery issues.
  • Communicate with vendors to resolve issues and adjust delivery schedules as needed.
  • Escalate complex problems to supervisors when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other teams to correct inaccurate merchant data.
  • Collect item-level data provided by merchants and align it with internal DashMart item numbers and descriptions.
