THE GIST:

Our client, an inventive venture capital firm in San Francisco, seeks a highly-motivated Recruiting Coordinator to assist in recruiting efforts for the firm & their portfolio companies. The ideal candidate has experience with recruiting for start-ups and working within a dynamic, ever-evolving environment.

THE NITTY GRITTY:

  • Proactively partner with hiring teams & leadership to determine hiring needs, strategy, and goals
  • Own the interview scheduling & coordination process both virtually & onsite
  • Curate a top-tier candidate experience with white-glove service
  • Handle onsite interview logistics & confirmations
  • Act as main contact for candidates throughout the interview process
  • Update candidate progress in applicant tracking system
  • Improve current processes and systems to ensure the best possible experience
  • Assist with other ad hoc tasks & projects, as needed

THE ESSENTIALS:

  • 1-3 years of recruiting coordination experience
  • Experience with recruitment for tech start ups highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Hospitality and/or customer service experience a plus!
  • Highly motivated mindset and competitive spirit
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
  • Personable & poised communication style both written & verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively within all levels of an organization & external teams
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Experience with Greenhouse and/or Lever a plus!

COMPENSATION:Base salary: $80,000-110,000 plus discretionary bonus + benefits + perks (exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and expertise)
