Responsibilities:
As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for providing oversight, advising, and collaborating with audit partners to monitor and oversee audit coverage related to U.S. consumer financial laws and regulations. Key responsibilities include providing subject matter expertise for U.S. consumer financial laws and regulations, developing audit programs and automated testing, assessing issues for themes/trends, independently designing and executing audit tests, and contributing to executive reporting.

Required:
- 7+ years of direct experience with consumer financial laws/regulations through direct responsibility to comply with multiple laws/regulations in business as usual responsibilities and/or providing oversight of compliance laws/regulations and/or auditing compliance as part of overall audit coverage responsibility
- Subject matter expertise in U.S. consumer financial laws and regulations, including Reg CC, Reg B, FCRA, SCRA, Reg E, UDAAP, CRA, etc.
- Support and collaborate on audit execution related to U.S. consumer financial laws and regulations
- Monitor and report on consumer compliance risks and audit coverage
- Use innovative tools to complete audit activities more efficiently (e.g., testing)
- Participate in and support with reporting and regulatory engagements
- Support the development of peers and teams through on-the-job-training and foster an inclusive work environment
