Minimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.

Position Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Oak Lawn, IL

Position Type: Full-Time

Pay Range: 50+/hr

Benefits:

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans

  • Provide direct ABA therapy to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities

  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff

  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to implement treatment plans

  • Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed

  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records and progress reports

  • Participate in team meetings and provide input on client goals and treatment strategies

  • Stay current with research and best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a BCBA

  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based practices

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Proficiency in data collection and analysis
