Job Description
We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Supply Chain Analyst. This role is a key part of our operations in Charlotte, North Carolina, United States. The job function involves supporting supplier accounts administration, supplier negotiations, and utilizing various skills such as Human Resources (HR) Administration, Auditing, Troubleshooting, Digital Optimization, and others.
Responsibilities:
Support the administration of supplier accounts to ensure smooth operational workflow
Actively participate in supplier negotiations to secure advantageous terms
Utilize SAP ERP and Supply Chain Logistics knowledge to optimize supply chain methods
Troubleshoot issues in the supply chain process and propose effective solutions
Conduct regular performance reviews to assess supplier performance
Implement training programs to enhance the performance and efficiency of the supply chain
Employ critical thinking skills to perform predictive analysis for better supply chain management
Ensure accuracy in the warehousing process to maintain quality service
Use Mindset Software for digital optimization of supply chain processes
Work on-site in a warehouse environment, ensuring adherence to safety and operational principles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent education levelProven experience in supply chain logistics or a related field
Proficiency in SAP ERP system
Familiarity with warehousing processes and principles
Capability to troubleshoot any issues that arise in the supply chain
Ability to conduct audits to ensure quality service and accuracy
Training skills to educate team members about supply chain methods
Proficiency in digital tools and software, including Mindset Software
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of human resources (HR) administration
Familiarity with performance reviews and optimization techniques
Experience in dealing with suppliers and understanding specification requirements
Ability to work onsite in a warehouse environment
Proficiency in predictive analysis to anticipate and manage supply chain issues
Excellent communication skills for clear explanation of complex concepts
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks
Knowledge of the Go programming language is a plus.
