Job Description
We are in search of a Product Owner to join our team in Troy, Michigan. This is a hybrid onsite role and involves managing a Tier 1 support workstream and working closely with business stakeholders to provide clear and practical solutions. Responsibilities:
Oversee the support team responsible for handling user issues, systems access, and confirm requests are resolved effectively.
Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels for request clarifications, gather requirements, documentation, and align with business objectives.
Communicate, report, resolve issue status to end users in a timely manner.
Support access and permissions for users on systems and troubleshoot any access issues.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning and retrospectives ensuring smooth delivery of support and new features.
Monitor, manage, document, and prioritize product backlog, with a focus on resolving technical issues and improving user experience.
Utilize skills in Cloud Technologies, Agile Scrum, Backlog, Quality Assurance, Documentation, and Agile product ownership to achieve role objectives.
One year of experience in a product owner or QA role
Proficient in Microsoft and Cloud Technologies
Experience with Agile Scrum methodology
Skilled in Backlog
Previous QA experience
Strong ability in Documentation
Knowledge of Agile product management practices
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Strong decision-making and leadership abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects effectively
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience supporting tier one level support and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Bachelor s degree in a related field preferred, but not required
