Responsibilities:
Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
Participate in the creation of engaging social media content and graphics
Leverage the Adobe Creative Cloud and Content Management System (CMS) for various marketing initiatives
Utilize CRM and database tools to track and report on campaign effectiveness
Engage in lead generation campaigns, identifying potential customer segments and tailoring marketing efforts to these groups
Create and distribute email campaigns, monitoring open rates and conversions to inform future efforts
Play a key role in event coordination, working closely with other team members to ensure successful execution
Foster cross-functional partnerships to align marketing efforts across the organization
Utilize marketing analytics to inform decision-making and campaign adjustments
Support public relations activities, building relationships with public sector organizations.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar roleProven experience in Campaign Planning and Marketing Campaign
Demonstrable skills in Email Campaigns and Lead Generation Campaigns
Strong background in Integrated Marketing Campaigns
Proficient in Content Creation and Social Media Content
Experience in creating Social Media Graphics
Solid understanding of Digital Marketing strategies
Experience in Event Coordination
Ability to work with Cross-Functional Partnerships
Strong knowledge of Marketing Analytics
Experience in Public Relations
Familiarity with working in Public Sector Organizations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and within a team
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is preferred.
