We are searching for an IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team in New York, New York. The chosen candidate will be tasked with a range of responsibilities within the IT industry, focusing on maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the management and coordination of IT infrastructure projects

Ensure adherence to IT infrastructure best practices

Utilize MS Office products including Outlook, Excel, and Word to manage tasks and communicate with team members

Lead the resolution of IT-related user issues, either by directing a support team or liaising with a third-party vendor

Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is required.
Demonstrable experience with Cloud Technologies is essential.

Experience with Dell Technologies is a must.
Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary.
Active Directory skills are essential.
Experience in Auditing IT systems and technologies is required.

Knowledge of Computer Hardware is required.
Experience in Configuration Management is essential.
