Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to deliver accurate information

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in customer service is a plus
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a mobile or digital environment
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Familiarity with mobile technologies and customer service software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and handle difficult customers with professionalism

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with mobile customer service tools and apps
  • Knowledge of CRM software and mobile customer interaction platforms
