Project Coordinator

Job Description

Summary:

The purpose of this position is to coordinate and manage projects across multiple departments, perform operational and compliance monitoring, and assist with vendor(s) oversight. This position will need the ability to think strategically, holistically, and from a customer viewpoint across all functions and services, troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis, and develop tools, reports, and methods to track and report relevant key performance indicators (KPI’s).

Responsibilities

• Manages projects by monitoring progress, ensuring compliance, and facilitating regular meetings and driving desired outcomes.
• Owns responsibility for various processing, tracking, and operational reporting requirements.
• Performs daily duties related to collections and assistance with collection vendor(s).
• Responsible for out-of-state and in-state customer identification, as well as skip tracing efforts.
• Responsible for completion of project and collection tasks carried out by multiple parties.
  
  

Qualifications

M inimum:

• 6 months/1-year advanced training or education beyond a high school diploma
• 1-3 years’ experience
• Valid drivers license
