Swoon is currently looking for a Vendor Manager for a major banking company in the US

  • Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)
  • Duration: 6 Months (will extend)
  • Pay Rate: $80/h

Responsibilities:

  • Document current invoice reconciliation process for IT goods from acquisition to disposal

  • Document the current tracking and reporting processes for invoicing our IT goods with the current cost s controls and financial checks for governance

  • Collaborate (and document) with IT, Sourcing, and Finance teams on their current roles and responsibilities within this space.

  • Based on findings, propose a solution that solves for end-to-end invoice reconciliation workflow
