  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary: Archon Resources is seeking an Environmental Permitting Specialist for a statewide engineering firm. This position is primarily responsible for research, doc prep, data analysis and maintaining of reports for compliance reasons, in relation to federally funded grant programs and projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Research and write loan and grant applications
  • Compliance Initiatives
  • Research for environmental reports and permits
  • Prepare maps, drawings, charts and other environmental documentation
  • Work closely with graphic design and CAD teams
  • Market studies
  • Understand demographics

Education and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in environmental science, business administration, or a related field preferred

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Experience working with regulatory agencies or other permit programs
  • Knowledge of applicable regulations, policies and procedures
  • Proficiency MS Office Suite(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
