Role Summary:

The Human Resources Manager Intern will play a key role in expanding our team by handling the end-to-end recruitment process. From posting job listings to screening candidates and conducting interviews, you’ll be the driving force behind building our content and growth teams. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, a great communicator, and wants to gain real-world experience in recruitment and human resources.

  • 6-Month Role
  • Remote with flexible working arrangements
  • Must be available for at least 4 hours per day

Responsibilities:

  • Job Posting & Candidate Sourcing: Write and post job descriptions on various platforms, actively seeking out candidates through social media, job boards, and networking.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for every applicant, keeping them informed throughout the process.
  • Onboarding & Training Support: Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring they have the resources they need for a smooth start.
  • Maintain Recruitment Database: Organize and keep track of candidate data, job applications, and interview feedback.
  • Collaborate with Management: Work closely with the founder to understand hiring needs and adjust recruitment strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing one) in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or people management is a plus.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • A passion for building teams and finding the right people for the job.
