What You Will Do :

A federal client is modernizing their case management systems using Salesforce. We are in need of a business analyst to support the planning, implementation, and on-going customization of the system. Typical responsibilities will include:
  • Collecting business requirements, and documenting processes
  • Presenting recommendations to leadership, including process enhancements, and system features
  • Assessing both functional and technical needs for the project
  • Testing and validating the solution meets user requirements
  • Facilitating sessions with stakeholders


What You Will Need :
  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TOP SECRET with SCI ELGIBLITY (TS/SCI) Federal or DoD security clearance
  • Bachelors Degree -OR- FOUR (4) years of relevant IT experience in lieu of degree
  • SIX (6) or more years of experience engineering and deploying complex IT systems
  • Experience with Salesforce


What Would Be Nice To Have :
  • Experience in litigation case management
  • Experience with stakeholder facilitation and documenting user requirements and processes
  • Technical certifications, with Salesforce


The annual salary range for this position is $109,100.00-$163,700.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
