Position: Part-Time Business Development Representative

Location: 100% Remote

Hours per week: 30 Hours
Collaboration Tools: Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word), Zoho CRM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Develop and expand our leads database with well-qualified prospects within the legal community and beyond.
  • Outreach: Initiate first contact with potential clients through email, social media, and phone calls.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Director on scoped projects to align business development strategies with marketing initiatives.
  • CRM Management: Utilize Zoho CRM to track and manage interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Adaptability: Bring your own expertise and innovative methods while seamlessly integrating with our existing business model and strategies.

What We re Looking For:

  • Experience: Proven experience in business development, preferably within the IT, cybersecurity, or marketing sectors.
  • CRM Proficiency: Strong experience with CRM systems; expertise in Zoho CRM is highly desirable.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently without the need for extensive training, leveraging your preferred tools and techniques.
  • Digital Savvy: Proficient in using digital sales, marketing, and networking tools and channels.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Highly collaborative and enthusiastic about participating in team meetings and projects via Microsoft Teams.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the legal community is a plus, but we are open to candidates with diverse industry insights.
  • Bonus: Experience with AutoTask or similar ticketing software is highly advantageous.
