ENCONA (encona.org) is an internationally operating automotive training, auditing and consulting company with a global network of subject matter experts and industry professionals.

Many OEMs, including BMW, Daimler, VW, GM, Ford, Toyota and 19 of the 25 biggest automotive component suppliers worldwide trust our services and competence for training and vehicle launches.

As an accredited VDA license partner we provide VDA training modules in the USA and Taiwan. We also develop and provide our own ENCONA branded training courses globally.

We are growing and are seeking to expand our network of independent, freelance, qualified trainers in the following areas:

• Experience in the fields of Quality Management, Process Management, Auditing and Customer Specific Requirements
• Automotive Core Tools (VDA & AIAG)
• VDA subjects (FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP, MLA, PPAP, VDA 6.3, VDA2, Field Failure Analysis, VDA 6.5, PSCR, Product Safety and Product Liability, IATF 16949 1st/2nd Party Auditing)
