Job Title: Creative Director

POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead our creative team and drive innovative strategies across all channels. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of creativity, leadership, and business acumen, ensuring our brand s vision is consistently translated into compelling visual and experiential content.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leadership & Management:
- Oversee and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, and multimedia specialists.
- Foster a collaborative and creative environment that encourages innovative thinking.
Creative Vision:
- Develop and articulate the creative vision and brand strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across all platforms and materials.
- Project Oversight:
- Manage the creative process from concept to execution, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
-Concept Development:
- Lead brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate ideas for campaigns and projects.
- Provide strategic direction for advertising, promotional materials, and digital content.
-Quality Control:
- Review and critique creative work to maintain high standards of quality and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the brand innovative.
- Client & Stakeholder Communication:
- Present concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating the rationale behind creative choices.
- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and collaborators.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor s degree from a four-year college or technical school, or equivalent combination of eduation and relevant experience.
- 2 years of experience in a creative leadership role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative work and successful campaigns.
- Proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with web design and multimedia tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of brand development and marketing principles.
