Overview:
Are you passionate about shaping user experiences that solve complex challenges while delivering secure, seamless solutions? Do you excel in collaborating with customers to gather insights and transforming them into intuitive products? If so, we d love to meet you!

As a UX Specialist, your role will focus on understanding customer needs, translating requirements into actionable design solutions, and driving user-centered improvements. It s not just about identifying problems, but about crafting effective, user-friendly solutions. You ll work closely with cross-functional teams product, engineering, and customer success to ensure our products offer a great experience while aligning with security standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Work directly with customers to gather UX requirements for new features and design updates.
Conduct user research, create personas, map user journeys, and design flows to guide product development.
Translate customer insights into well-documented UX requirements, ensuring clarity in the development process.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to create Jira tickets that transform research insights and design decisions into technical tasks.
Maintain and update comprehensive documentation, including research findings, UX specifications, and design system changes.
Advocate for a user-first approach throughout the entire product lifecycle, ensuring that every feature aligns with the overall user experience.
Contribute to our design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and usability across all products.
Stay current on UX best practices and trends, particularly in the data security domain, and continuously improve the product experience.
Evaluate feature requests to ensure they align with the overall user experience and assess if existing features can meet the requirements.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in creating and maintaining product documentation, user stories, and UX specifications.
Strong ability to gather customer requirements and translate them into actionable design and technical tasks.
Familiarity with design and collaboration tools like Figma, Miro, Sketch, Jira, and Confluence.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate UX decisions.
A proactive mindset with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Ability to think holistically about the user journey, while drilling down into specific pain points and opportunities for improvement.
