Under the general direction of the Manager of Employee/Labor Relations, this position assists in the development and interpretation of Human Resource policies, collective bargaining agreements, EEO and employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications

Required Education:

Bachelor's Degree

Required Experience

3-5 years HR experience with a concentration in employee relations or healthcare management

Preferred Experience

Labor relations experience in a union environment. Experience in a healthcare setting.

Necessary Skills

Demonstrated proficiency with interpersonal verbal and written communication.

Conflict resolution and cognitive reasoning.

Knowledge of applicable state and federal laws (EEO, FMLA, ADA, etc.).
