Ideally looking for someone with 1+ years with low voltage, electrical, or fiber optic experience:
1) Experience with installation and pulling of telecom cable
2) Low Voltage experience: working with Cat 5 and Cat 6
3) Commercial install background or outside plant work (lots of work is in OSP environments)
4.) Fiber Optic Pulling Experience is a plus (majority of work is fiber optic cabling)
- If someone is junior or more green but is professional, has great personality, and is eager to learn and work we can present the candidate.
- Someone with Digging/Trenching experience and/or construction/labor work can be a good fit (passion in getting in telecom)
- Work ethic and culture fit is very important to the organization.
- Must have a clean DMV record within 5 years. After conversion - techs will be allowed to drive company vehicle.

*Terminating, Splicing, Testing is a plus

The installers/technicians will be working with other full time team members in commercial or outside plant environments.
Depending on experience, the following responsibilities will include:
Pulling/terminating copper, fiber, and coax cable. The technician will be troubleshooting and installing low Voltage and structured cabling related work.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Schedule is Monday-Friday and there will be overtime.
Fiber experience is a PLUS
