Top Consulting is seeking an experienced and driven Technical Project Manager with expertise in Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) and on-premise to cloud migration. The ideal candidate will lead, manage, and execute cloud migration projects for our client s Informatica MDM solutions. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, project management skills, and hands-on experience in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery of MDM cloud migration projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end migration of Informatica MDM solutions from on-premise infrastructure to the cloud.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Architect and design cloud infrastructure for Informatica MDM in collaboration with the technical team.
• Develop a migration strategy for transitioning from on-prem to cloud, considering data governance, security, and compliance.
• Oversee the execution of cloud migration processes, including data migration, system integration, and performance testing.
• Optimize cloud resources for cost efficiency, scalability, and resilience.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including IT, business teams, vendors, and executive leadership.
• Facilitate regular status meetings and communications to keep stakeholders informed on project progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project tasks.
• Provide deep technical expertise in Informatica MDM, including architecture, configuration, and deployment in a cloud environment.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the proper implementation of Informatica MDM functionalities such as data integration, data quality, and governance.
• Work on performance tuning and optimization of MDM in cloud environments.
• Lead a team of engineers, developers, and other IT professionals responsible for cloud migration.
• Mentor and guide team members on best practices for cloud infrastructure and MDM integration.
• Drive collaboration and foster an environment of continuous improvement within the team.
• Ensure adherence to data security, compliance, and governance policies during the migration process.
• Manage disaster recovery planning and business continuity for cloud-hosted MDM environments.
• Work closely with the security team to ensure that the cloud environment is secure and compliant with industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects, specifically in on-premise to cloud migrations.
• Healthcare industry experience required.
• Deep expertise in Informatica MDM solutions, including architecture and cloud deployment.
• Proven track record of leading successful cloud migration projects to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, services, and best practices.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certification in Informatica MDM preferred.
• Preferred Cloud certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator, or equivalent).
• Experience with other Informatica products like PowerCenter, Data Quality, or Data Integration.
• Experience in large-scale data migration and integration projects.
