We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Consulting Agile Project Manager to join our technology team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with extensive project management experience to lead the planning, execution, and implementation of our technology projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, with a proven track record of delivering complex technology projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the planning and implementation of project solutions in line with strategic objectives.
2. Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
3. Develop full-scale project plans using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Wrike, and Rally.
4. Manage project budget and resource allocation.
5. Effectively apply Agile methodology and enforce project standards to minimize risk and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
6. Use CRM to manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Conduct project presentations and compile reports to provide updates on project progress, problems, and solutions.
8. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
9. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
10. Lead daily scrum, sprint review, and planning meetings to ensure full team engagement.
11. Manage the relationship with all stakeholders and ensure transparency.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in a technology setting, specifically with Agile methodologies.
3. Proven experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
4. Proficiency in project management software tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Wrike, and Rally.
5. Solid technical background with an understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
6. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively, promoting a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
7. Strong understanding of CRM systems and their application in customer relationship management.
8. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for a wide range of audiences.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
10. Certifications in Agile methodologies such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Product Owner (CPO), or similar are highly desirable.
11. Advanced knowledge of Kanban and Waterfall methodologies.
12. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
13. Ability to work under pressure, independently, and within tight deadlines.
