Your role in our mission

  • Leads Project team, assigns tasks, monitors deliverables and schedules, and interfaces with other groups as needed, using advanced, working knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile Scrum Methodologies.
  • Provides direction to resources assigned to the project and ensures that projects meet all scope, time, budget, and quality expectations.
  • Interface with the client, company and project team leadership, measuring and communicating project metrics and recommending program changes as needed
  • Identifies and manages project risks.
  • Tracks the development of associated deliverables, providing quality oversight and driving towards submittal and approval dates
  • Recommends and coordinates the involvement of other SMEs with the projects as appropriate
  • Participates in project status review meetings on a regular basis to ensure that project management related status information is comprehensive, accurate and supported by the project plan and to identify where support for project management activities is needed.
  • Identifies and tracks areas of improvement and reports results to appropriate level of leadership
  • Communicates project activities and status to internal project team, leadership team, and client team
  • Develops project schedule(s) that adhere to project standards
  • Works with release manager(s) to ensure timely development and testing of the solution and meeting release milestone commitments
  • Works collaboratively with internal teams to gather and communicate project status
  • Identify and communicate red flags.
  • Understands scope of project and manages to it, executing change control as needed


What we're looking for

  • Must possess a strong proven understanding of the Healthcare EDI X12N transactions formats that govern healthcare Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). In depth knowledge of and experience with HIPAA/EDI X12 5010 healthcare-related transactions including 270-271, 276-277,277CA,277U, 278, 820, 834, 835, 837, 999, 824, and NCPDP.
  • Ability to understand and apply concepts from the PMBOK knowledge areas
  • 5+ years experience managing EDI projects in Operations or Development
  • 2+ years experience in Scrum Master or Agile Lead role
  • Exper ience with commonly used EDI concepts, practices, and procedures within a heath care field

The pay range for this position is $69,400.00 - $99,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
