Description
We are in search of a skilled Video Editor to join our client's team. This role is based in St Louis, Missouri. The position offers a short term contract employment opportunity, where you will be responsible for editing promotional videos, managing digital assets, and creating compelling visual narratives using a variety of multimedia content.
Responsibilities
Edit and assemble 30 second promotional videos using provided scripts, product photos and b-roll footage
Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud suite, specifically Adobe After Effects, Adobe Audition, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Lightroom to edit and enhance videos
Ensure color correction and animation techniques are applied to videos for optimal visual appeal
Develop and manage digital assets, adhering to the company's asset management protocols
Collaborate with the team to create compelling visual narratives that align with the company's branding and marketing goals
Work with a variety of multimedia content, including but not limited to commercials and advertisements
Maintain a high level of quality control through meticulous attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as necessary
Ensure all editing tasks are completed within the designated 5 hour time limit per video.
Requirements
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Audition, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Lightroom
Experience in creating, editing, and optimizing video content for advertisements and commercials
Knowledge of animation techniques and broadcast standards
Skilled in color correction and enhancement methods
Proven track record of delivering high-quality video content on tight deadlines
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
Creative thinker with the ability to bring new ideas to the table
Familiarity with the latest trends and advancements in video editing technology
